Red cabbage Burger


& Noir d'Olive AOC Provence

  • 4 burger buns
  • Salad
  • 5 shallots
  • Mayonnaise (homemade)
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • A big red cabbage
  • AOC Provence Olive Oil

Beat the omelette eggs in a deep plate.

Crush the hard bread by hand or with a rolling pin.

Pass the chicken breasts in the egg and then in the bread crumbs. You can pass them several times to have thick breadcrumbs.

Cook in the pan 6 to 7 min on each side.

Slice the shallots and fry them in a pan, add the red cabbage cut into pieces. Add olive oil Olive Black AOC Provence once the cabbage has lost a maximum of water.

In another pan, brown the bread on the side for a few minutes.

If you wish, you can spread some mayonnaise on the bread before covering them with minced salad. Add the breaded chicken then the cabbage with the shallots.

Close the burger, it is ready to be tasted.
