Almond cookies

250g of flour
50 g ground almond
120 g of sugar
130 g of butter
1 egg
A handful of crushed almonds
Citron olive oil

Melt the butter and mix with the sugar.

Once the mixture at room temperature, incorporate the egg, flour and almond powder.

Add citron olive oil in the preparation. Roll the dough into a ball and make small sausages with your finger.

Arrange them on a sheet of parchment paper, once in place sprinkle with crushed almonds.

Bake for 30 min. Thermostat 6 (180 ° C).

At the exit of the oven you can add a drizzle of citron olive oil.
