Greek Cucumber Salad


& Citron Olive Oil

  • 2 cucumbers
  • Coarsely chopped dill
  • 200g / 7oz feta
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Black olives
Slice the cucumbers into rounds and sprinkle with a little salt.

Cut the feta into cubes of about 1cm.

Add the dill, lemon juice, olives and a little Citron Olive Oil. Serve chilled.
