Asparagus pie


& Lemongrass olive oil


  • a dozen fine green asparagus
  • a puff pastry



Grill the whole asparagus in a 180 * oven for 15 minutes.

At the same time, cook the « pate feuilletée » in a pie dish.

Once the asparagus are cooked place them in the pie dish.


Cook another 5 minutes. Take the dish out of the oven, before serving stir with olive oil & lemongrass .
