Fig and Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients:

Serves 4

  • 250 g mesclun
  • 6 ripe figs
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 20 g honey
  • 20 g butter

For the dressing:

Finely chop the shallots. Pour the olive oil and vinegar over the shallots, then add the salt.

Cut the figs into quarters and sauté them for 1 minute in a pan with the butter and honey.

Pour the dressing over the mesclun.

Add the roughly chopped cheese, then the still-warm figs and pine nuts. Serve immediately.
