Mesclun salad, coarse salt

Ingredients:

  • Citronnelle Bio
  • coarse Guérande salt
  • olive oil & Lemongrass
  • a lovely mesclun of young shoots
  • a zucchini
  • some edible flowers
  • a small fennel
  • dill

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into very thin slices.

Cut the fennel into small cubes. Add them to a salad bowl with the mesclun, dill, and edible flowers. Before serving, add the salt and olive oil & lemongrass.
