Mesclun salad, coarse salt
Ingredients:
- Citronnelle Bio
- coarse Guérande salt
- olive oil & Lemongrass
- a lovely mesclun of young shoots
- a zucchini
- some edible flowers
- a small fennel
- dill
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into very thin slices.
Cut the fennel into small cubes. Add them to a salad bowl with the mesclun, dill, and edible flowers. Before serving, add the salt and olive oil & lemongrass.
