Pour half of the olive oil into a pan. Heat, then cook the sardines for 2 minutes before removing them.
Using the same oil, cook the onion, mushrooms, and chili. Once cooked, remove and keep warm with the sardines.
Cook the pasta in water with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of CastelaS Fruité Vert olive oil.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer to a salad bowl.
Add the Olive Oil and Citron and mix.
Add the sardines, vegetables, and dill.
Serve hot.
