Strawberry & Mint Soup

Ingredients:

  • CastelineS Basil & Mint Olive Oil
  • 1 kg of hulled and washed strawberries
  • 50 g of milk
  • 50 g of Muscat wine
  • 200 g of brown sugar
  • 30 g of mint (leaves only)
  • Vanilla ice cream

Blend everything and strain through a chinois.

Chill for one hour.

Serve chilled with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of Basil Mint Olive Oil or Seigneurs des Baux.
