Roasted Zucchini, Tapenade

Ingredients:

Cut the zucchini into thin, lengthwise slices.

Place them in a rectangular oven-safe dish, brush them with green tapenade, sprinkle with thyme, and bake at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and drizzle the zucchini with olive oil and lemongrass before serving.
