Roast the whole asparagus in an oven at 180 degrees for 15 min.
At the same time, bake the puff pastry in a tart dish.
Once the asparagus are well cooked, place them in the tart dish on the puff pastry.
Let it cook for another 5 min. Remove the dish from the oven and drizzle with olive and lemongrass oil before serving.
