L’Aglandau is an olive oil made 100% from the Aglandau olive variety. The Aglandau olive variety is the unifying element of Provençal olive oils. Here, it reveals its true character.

Tasting Notes

This vintage is a true fruit juice, characterized on the nose by very vegetal notes. On the palate, it offers the qualities of an elegant green fruitiness with aromas of fresh grass, mint, and raw artichoke, pleasantly surprising with a balanced bitterness and pepperiness.
