It was by combining the best of their skills, expertise, passion for their craft, and sometimes their differences, that three olive growers—Alain Bicheron, Rémi Coste, and Jean-Benoît Hugues—decided to produce the Lords of Les Baux olive oil together. This olive oil reveals the full complexity of the aromas of its main component: the Grossane olive. This olive, from a legendary tree deeply rooted in the Les Baux de Provence terroir, is harvested at different stages of maturity.
Tasting Notes
Lords of Les Baux olive oil is recognized for its great finesse, its aroma of freshly cut tomato, its exquisite delicacy, and its citrus notes.
Serving Suggestion
Simply exquisite on tomato and mozzarella, it will reveal its subtlety in a citrus salad, on grapefruit sorbet, or vanilla ice cream. It is the olive oil of pastry chefs.
