Green Tapenade made with olives and CastelaS AOP extra virgin olive oil from the Vallée des Baux de Provence. Ingredients: Crushed Salonenque or Béruguettes green olives 87%, CastelaS AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil, capers 3.3%, salt, lemon juice, almond, anchovies 0.6%, fennel, vinegar, pepper. No preservatives or colorings.
