Origin

This AOC black olive from the Vallée des Baux de Provence, salt-cured, is a family preparation now promoted as an ambassador for our black olives, prepared at full maturity. It also forms the base for olive paste.

Suggestion

It should be noted that beyond a simple and convivial aperitif, our olives will always be the little extra that brings an aromatic and refined touch to cooked dishes, from the simplest to the most elaborate.
