Olive oil obtained by simultaneously crushing olives and Piment d’Espelette. This olive oil was born from a wonderful collaboration between two producers: L’Atelier du Piment and CastelaS. The combination of these two appellations has given rise to a fabulous condiment to be discovered without delay.
