Organic Basil Mint

Origin

Olive oil obtained by simultaneously crushing fresh olives, basil, and mint. This basil olive oil, with its hint of mint, will immerse you in the flavors of summer. It is produced once a year in November by crushing the olives from our orchards with freshly picked aromatic plant leaves. The combination is simply perfect.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, one can almost feel the tingling of powerful basil aromas. On the palate, the greenness of basil is first perceived, followed by mint which gently unfolds and brings freshness.

Suggestion

Basil mint olive oil is a must from the first warm days of spring. It can be used with tomato mozzarella, carpaccio, fresh pasta, thinly sliced zucchini, raw vegetable salads, fish… the list is long. For the adventurous, try it with a strawberry soup and pistachio ice cream!
