& Lemongras olive oil
24 cl of Cuban rum 12 cl of lime juice 15 to 20 g fresh ginger cut very finely 8 cl of cane syrup sparkling water olive oil & lemongrass
Squeeze the limes.
Pour the cane syrup in a large glass, add the fresh ginger, and the lime juice. Plunder everything several times for all the perfumes to exhale.
Add the rum, and stir well.
Before serving, fill the glass with half of the ice cubes, add the lemongrass and ginger mojito and fill with sparkling water. Mix gently and add the lemongrass olive oil.
Sip in moderation!
