Fettuccine with Sardines

& Citron Olive Oil

  • 750g / 1lb 10oz fettuccine
  • 12 sardine fillets
  • 50g / 1.75oz toasted pine nuts
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 button mushrooms, sliced
  • Dill, coarsely chopped
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • Half glass of olive oil
Pour half the olive oil in a frying pan. Heat it up, then cook the sardines for 2 minutes, and remove.

With the same oil, cook the onion, mushrooms and chilli. Once this is all cooked, remove and keep hot with the sardines.

Cook the pasta in water with a pinch of salt and a little CastelaS Fruité Vert Olive Oil.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and place in a salad bowl.

Add the citron olive oil and mix.

Add the sardines, vegetables and dill.
Serve hot.
