Origin

A green tapenade made with unripened olives and Castelas extra virgin olive oil from the AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence. Ingredients: split green Salonenque or Béruguette olives (87%), Castelas extra virgin olive oil AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence, capers (3.3%), salt, lemon juice, almonds, anchovies (0.6%), fennel, vinegar, pepper. No preservatives or colourings.
