Origin

A black tapenade made with black Grossane olives and Castelas extra virgin olive oil from the AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence. Ingredients: black Grossane olives (90%), Castelas extra virgin olive oil, capers (4.5%), anchovies (3%), salt, bay leaf, thyme, pepper, savoury, vinegar. No preservatives or colourings.

Suggestion

Keen to share with you the little pleasures of daily Provence life, we created this black tapenade to enliven dishes such as fresh pasta, green salads and steamed vegetables - or simply to be savoured on a slice of good fresh bread.
