The night bra depends on your size. If you are an A, B, C and maybe a D cup, a soft pull aside bra like Medela's sleep bra or Milkalicious are great. Really, the only resoan you need a bra at night is to hold bra pads for leaking. Also consider a nursing tank. A Leading Lady, Glamourmom or Bella Materna tank with a shelf bra.For those with larger breasts though, the pull aside bras don't work as well. They don't have adjustable straps which will make them ride up in front or in back, or both. And they are hard to pull aside enough to get access to your nipple.Again, for those with larger breasts, there is an added need for support at night. Even turning over in bed with very heavy large breasts can be uncomfortable, and milk will make your breasts heavier. So for D cups or larger try Medela's Comfort bras or Bravado's Original Nursing Bras or Bravado's Body Silk bras. Shelf bra tanks don't work well for these sizes either, so look at a Bravado Essential Nursing Tank for the sizing needed here.Actually any soft cup bra is ok to sleep in, but the ones I mentioned are the softest.

I would love to be I would love to be able to fit into these bras. Unfortunately my pre pregnancy size is a 40H and I am half way thogruh my pregnancy .I have to shop in a special bra shop in which I usually pay about $150 a bra. I want to breastfeed however it may prove difficult should i not be able to get a nursing bra at the end of this pregnancy. This is my current on going mission at the moment .bra shopping. LOL
